Programme and mat are fine, but app just doesn't work. Says it is for an older version of android and force quits. The website doesn't work on tablet or phone either, so I have to boot up the PC every morning just to record my son's progress. The software experience is like going back to 2008. Given the cost of this programme they should really invest something in keeping the software up to date.
The mat is great. The app is terrible. I asked the company why you couldn't move the blue and red stars in the app. Their response was "that they wanted to have the child upload the information including the bed wetting. So using the app was not the best option because the computer had a bigger screen." Now I have to log into my Computer every morning and have a child upload the information. I've forgot to do this for almost a week, so now the info isn't correct. Thanks TheraPee!
Won't work after phone update
The functionally of the app doesn't work. There is no way to add stars. I can't get the website to function on my phone either. It's frustrating to have to use a computer.
The app only allows you to input pee pee incidents, but not the stars for dry nights. A 50% solution ?
Awful app. Forces to landscape mode and terribly clunkly. Given the app is so simple I'm surprised they can't invest a bit of money to make the experience easier for parents to record the incidents. Disappointing experience to say the least considering the website does not work on mobile devices.
It won't let me login. It keeps saying unauthorized. So Just been using the computer. It would be great if the app on my phone worked.
A great way to record daily data via my phone. The phone browser didn't work for me, but this worked like a charm.
if you want a functional experience skip the app and just use the website... the design of the app is terrible.. they just wrapped a browser in an app that loads their website page... its clear theyve done little to no QA on the android app. on my phone for example numerous buttons overlay eachother. its a shame too because if they wrote an actual APP instead of just trying to be cheap and lazy they could actually have a good product.
